“Rivers edge resort is a beautiful place to stay the owners are very kind and always willing to help either over the phone or if needed are willing to come to the resort and help at the drop of a hat. Also the fishing was absolutely amazing I would come out every night relax and catch catfish. I got to have good conversation with the owners and they are very nice down to earth people they treated me like family. I am definitely coming back and will recommend Rivers edge resort to anyone wanting to come to the area.”

“After trying a lot of different places in the area this one the best place on the river! My family and I have been coming here for many years and we love it! Usually booking all the cabins for the whole family. Jason and Gayla are the best hosts, they make sure we have everything we need and ever since they became the owners this place has only been getting better. You can tell they put their all into making this place comfortable, homey and enjoyable for everyone. Everyone from the adults to the kids enjoy fishing on the pier and of the pontoons, playing games in the cabins and hangout around the fire. It has now become a tradition to come here with all our family and friends every year sometimes even more than once. We are looking forward for our next visit and can’t wait to come back!”

“After years of staying at other resorts we don't have to look any further than rivers edge. Jason and Gayla are the best hosts. The cabins are always clean and the new remodeled cabins are very roomy and look very nice, the brand new pier is also fantastic. We come here every year with our family and it is always exciting! We can not wait to come back!”

“ Rain, Flooding, a Dam Break… and Still the Best 4th of July Ever We spent the 4th of July at River’s Edge Resort, and let me tell you even with record rain, flooding, and a dam break, it was still the best Independence Day we’ve ever had. That says everything you need to know about this place. We were warmly greeted. Asking if we needed anything, offering water toys, it was beyond accommodating, this was extra kind. Tucked in our cozy little cabin on the river, we watched the water rise, the sky open up, and somehow, we didn’t feel stress. We felt peace. We felt grateful. The resort is welcoming, rustic in the best way, and surrounded by the kind of natural beauty that shines even through storm clouds. Despite everything Mother Nature threw at us, our stay was magical. The cabin was dry and warm, the vibes were high, and the River’s Edge community never missed a beat. It takes something truly special to turn a near washout into a lifelong core memory. We laughed, we grilled between storms, we watched fireworks through the mist, and we made the kind of memories you can’t manufacture... only live. Rain or shine, River’s Edge has our hearts.”

“We have been going to this resort for over 5 years and every year our experience has gotten better. We have seen vast improvements; from the remodeling of the two front cabins to the brand new sea wall. We have made friends there, the owners are so nice and accommodating and always available if you have an issue. This past week, it felt like we had summer, fall and spring weather and even an area wide power outage. During this power outage, we asked the owners for extra blankets and they came out of their way to supply us with what we needed at the time. This resort is in the perfect location for those with small kids since there is a playground across the street. Large dock area for fishing and boats! Fire ring by dock to over look the river while staying warm and the best sunsets in Fremont looking over river and lake. Looking forward to many seasons at this resort.”

“This has been our 3rd year staying here! We absolutely do love it! We have alot of fun! Nice cabins! If I had to complain about anything, they need to pressure wash the wood deck, when it rained it was sooo slippery, cause they have built up mildew on them. We almost had a few falls . I think the picnic table and chairs down by the water need a pressure wash also. Otherwise overall cute resort.”
